Not gonna lie, I thought customizing the headstone design would be a lot easier than it was. The options felt limited, and the changes I tried to make just didn’t look right. The preview was confusing too, so after a while I just gave up. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience for me.

I ended up waiting weeks for my order to arrive, and the worst part was not knowing what was going on. There weren’t any clear updates, so I just felt left in the dark the whole time.

I ordered from legacyheadstones.com thinking it would be a fair deal, but by the time everything was added up, the final price felt higher than I was expecting.
The stone itself was okay — nothing was really wrong with it, but for what I paid, I thought it would look a little nicer or maybe include more.

Customer service was fine, no big complaints there — I just didn’t feel like the overall value matched the price. Next time, I’d probably compare a few more options first.

The headstone did arrive on time, which I appreciated, but the quality wasn’t really what I was hoping for. A friend had actually recommended I check them out, so I expected the finish to look a little more polished. The edges seemed a bit rough, and the engraving didn’t look as clean as it did in the photos online.

It’s still usable, but for something this meaningful, I really wanted it to feel more carefully done. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they make some improvements to the overall finish and detail

I don’t know what else people expect, but the names and dates came out exactly how I entered them. Everything was spot on, and I was happy with how it turned out.
